Good morning Team PR@ctical. “Best thing since sliced bread.” “Get that bread.” “It’s my bread and butter.” You get the point (and what’s the point of all this if we can’t have some fun?). 🍞 #PRactical
🎁 GIVEAWAY: I’m giving away one year of Techcrunch’s @ExtraCrunch today (Wednesday) at 6:00PM ET. I’ll randomly select a PR@ctical subscriber this evening.
🤝 First to know! This is the only FREE way to turn your tweets into videos
I’ve been a using a one-off paid service this past year to turn my tweets into videos. It has increased in engagement on Linkedin and Instagram, so it justified the “marketing” cost to me.
I posed this concept to the Biteable team and they literally created it for us. I’m beyond excited (and it’s going to save me a couple hundred dollars!).
It takes a little bit of editing, but here’s a template so you can copy and paste your tweets.
TIP: I turned the video into a GIF for easier posting in multiple places.
💰 Kamua is a game changer for captions, conversion and more
Improve your video editing process (and convert to vertical without losing video integrity). I have a few tools I swear by for video and the new one I cannot LIVE WITHOUT is Kamua. It’s relatively low effort for high output.
Trust me. You’ll love it. (Check out their autocut feature!)
Best all-in-one-place browser-based video tech I’ve seen to date (not even my beloved Adobe has all of this in a single tool).
🤔 Tweet distraction-free with Typefully
LOOOOOOVE this as my new Twitter content creation platform. Such a better way to manage threads.
And if you need inspiration about what to tweet, check out this random prompt resource.

p.s. My friends Peter Shankman and Scott Monty are doing something pretty cool and I highly endorse them for all things public speaking (they’re REALLY good):
