Nothing like taking a year off from newsletter life. A lot has changed since we last connected and I’d love to hear how you’re doing. Just reply to this email and let me know what’s new, different, better, or anything you’d like to celebrate.
To start, our team at Sevans PR launched a “50 Experts in 50 Days” initiative — and I’d wager that 100% of you are qualified to join in.
The rundown:
Our team is on a mission to add 50 new, expert sources to our team’s media database (that is searchable by journalists) and promote your expertise via our social channels (one expert featured every Monday through Friday for 50 days).
I was taught that in difficult times it's important to look for helpers and doers. If our team can make a difference by helping more people find media opportunities and more reporters find expert, reliable sources, that's a win.
The “50 Experts” can be any person from any industry in any country — you just need to be valid “expert” which means: 1) it’s part of your current role or job; 2) you have a degree in said area; or 3) you own a company or business that specializes in this area.
If selected, we will add you to our publicly searchable “expert source” media database which is one of the largest journalist-searched resources in the world. When a reporter is working on a story where you may be the best source, we will be able to connect you with them quickly and increase your chances of securing media coverage.
