The one tool that helps me expedite messaging
Happy Wednesday to the most practical people I know. Trust me, it’s a complement. 😉
I love to share my “industry secrets,” because I believe in abundance — there’s enough work and opportunity for all of us.
Here’s a big one:
Snazzy.ai for HARO requests
One thing almost every PR pro checks out daily is Help a Reporter Out (I was in the original Facebook group when my now dear friend @petershankman birthed it!).
It can get overwhelming sifting through all of the queries and identifying and managing the reactive response process. Many times clients prefer you submit a draft statement for them to review/edit or approve to expedite the flow.
Giving anyone a starting place to work from for messaging is a gift because it can trigger the brain to think differently or expand on something new.
Here’s a startup tool I use to create draft messaging in a snap (and it can be used for way more than this one example):

I plug in a few key phrases and select things like length, tone, etc… and it automagically gives me something to work with:
