Browser tool to organize influencers & using Twitter as a CRM
Good Wednesday morning! You know I like to keep it short and sweet, because one thing we can all use more of is time. So, here we go. Here are two tools that are part of my daily workflow that help improve process and make me more efficient at digital PR.
WeFind to capture influencer info on Instagram and YouTube
Whether you’re building an influencer or online media list, I want to share my #somewhatsecret tool for manual curation. It’s called WeFind and it’s a **FREE** Chrome extension for Instagram and YouTube. —> {💻 desktop only}
**This doesn’t exist for Linkedin any longer, I used to use another extension called Link2Sheet, but it’s no longer available. You can use Zapier + Linkedin + Google Sheets to manually set up a way to capture leads, remember accounts, etc…**
Once you install it on your desktop and visit pages of influencers (or media or others of influence) you want to archive for a campaign, simply add them to your WeFind list in the side browser and it saves all engagement insight of posts, videos and their accounts in a spreadsheet style document. Plus, you can share it with other team members and collaboratively build (and then switch it over to a platform of your choice).

I loooooove 💙💙💙 making Twitter work better for me (and I invest a lot of time on my workflow). From using Twitter Lists for media opportunities to better curating my feed, I use Twitter daily (hourly, minutely…is that a word?).

Let me tell you my favorite feature first:
Set an alert to get an Inbox notification any time someone adds a phrase to their
Name, Description or Location.

Think media job changes, people coming to your location, etc… You can literally think of any combination and you can create new ways to identify media opportunities or connect with journalists.
And there’s more…
Keep track of and set reminders to follow up with, monitor or reconnect with people you’re interacting with on Twitter.
Sure it’s overwhelming to get started in a new platform, but overall it’s a HUGE timesaver and changes the way Twitter WORKS FOR YOU!
